John Leach is charged robbery, first-degree theft and second-degree theft for stealing a man’s wallet on June 24, 2019.
Judge Rainey Brandt denied Leach’s motion for release due to COVID-19 on May 27. She denied his original motion on March 18.
Leach is scheduled for a status hearing on Aug. 13.
