A 27-year-old man was killed on Halloween.
Police responded to the 1600 block of Savannah St. SE at around 5 p.m. and found Kevin L. Jenkins, 27, suffering from gunshot wounds. Jenkins was taken to a hospital by emergency personnel but was later pronounced dead.
Police have not yet released any suspect information.
