New information has been released surrounding the shooting death of Kenny Bell Sunday night.
According to a police report, Bell was found lying unconscious in a puddle of blood. Police responded to 3855 Eighth St., SE for a report of 13 gunshots. In a field behind a nearby school, police found Bell unconscious and unresponsive. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police have not yet released any suspect information.
