Document: Arrest Made in a Homicide

Metropolitan Police Department detectives made an arrest in connection to a homicide that occurred on Nov. 17, on the 1500 block of Alabama Avenue, SE.

According to a press release, at about 2:53 pm, officers located 26-year-old Khalil Jones suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Dec. 23, officers arrested 22-year-old Joshua Stephenson.
