Metropolitan Police Department detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect and a vehicle in connection to a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Dec. 27, on the 2400 block of Elvans Road, SE.
According to a press release at about 5:07 pm, officers located an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
