The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) are seeking information regarding a traffic fatality that occurred on May 1, on I-295 Southbound. Rhyes Patrick-James Harris, 30, was struck by an unknown vehicle as he assessed his vehicle’s mechanical issues.
