The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested and charged 31-year-old Terry Thompson with first-degree murder while armed for his alleged involvement in a fatal shooting that occurred on May 15, on the 3900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SW.

The shooting claimed 64-year-old Christopher Callahan’s life.
