The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested and charged 22-year-old Daniel Alexander Mendoza with assault with a dangerous weapon (gun) for his alleged involvement in a non-fatal shooting that occurred on June 27 on the 3100 block of 16th Street, NW.
According to MPD documents, officers located two adult males and an adult female suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.
