The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect vehicle, a silver Jeep Cherokee, connected to a non-fatal shooting that occurred on July 5 on the 4000 block of 9th Street, SE.
According to MPD documents, the suspect vehicle and the victims’ vehicle were involved in a collision at the scene. The suspects brandished guns and shot at the victims’ vehicle as the victims’ vehicle fled the scene. There were no injuries reported.
