Lauren Andreala is a rising junior from American University where she is double majoring in Journalism and Justice and Law with a Criminology concentration. After learning about the broken Criminal Justice system in her criminology classes, Lauren discovered she wants to be a part of the change to fix our system. She chose to intern with D.C witness to get more hands-on experience with how the criminal justice system functions, and to learn how she can inspire change with her stories
