The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of 21-year-old Dionzai Parker, who has been charged with First Degree Murder while Armed in connection to a homicide on Feb. 25, 2023, in the 2200 block of Savannah Street, SE. The incident resulted in the death of 37-year-old Brice Djembissi of Hyattsville, MD, after he succumbed to gunshot injuries.
