The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are seeking suspects involved in an unarmed carjacking incident that occurred on Dec 26 in the 1300 block of R Street, Northwest. The victim was assaulted while unloading items from his vehicle, and the suspects attempted but failed to steal the vehicle before fleeing on foot. Surveillance footage of the suspects is available, and the MPD is requesting public assistance in identifying them.
