The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are seeking assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a shooting on Dec. 28 on the 2400 block of Elvans Road, Southeast. An adult male victim was found with non-life-threatening injuries and transported to a hospital. The suspect was captured on surveillance footage, and the MPD is urging anyone with information to come forward.
