The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are investigating a carjacking incident that occurred on Dec 30 on the 1500 block of Maryland Avenue, Northeast. A suspect attacked the victim, forcing him off his moped before fleeing the scene. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect and the stolen moped.
