The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced an arrest in the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Mark Odoms, which occurred on Dec. 5 in the 2000 block of Wade Road, Southeast. On Dec. 16, 23-year-old Lamar Odoms was apprehended in Temple Hills, MD, and charged with Second-Degree Murder while Armed.
