The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of 20-year-old Isis Lee, who is alleged to have been involved in an assault with intent to rob on Nov. 17 in the 800 block of L Street, NW. Lee, who has no fixed address, was charged after allegedly approaching two victims with a knife and assaulting them when they did not comply with demands for property. The suspects fled without obtaining any property, and the investigation continues as two additional suspects remain unidentified.
