The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of 18-year-old Justice Thomas in connection with a shooting on Dec 17 in Northwest D.C. A 17-year-old female was injured during an attempted robbery involving multiple suspects, resulting in an exchange of gunfire. Thomas, who turned himself in, is charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun). The investigation is ongoing.
