The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced an arrest in the fatal shooting that occurred on Aug 19 in Southeast. Vonte Martin, 19, was identified as the deceased victim, with 1 surviving victim. On Dec 18, Tyquan Jennings, 26, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder While Armed.
