The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Dec. 18 in the 2600 block of Stanton Road, Southeast. The victim, identified as 18-year-old Terrell Oliver of Southeast, D.C., was found with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
