The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of 33-year-old Andre Clark, who is alleged to have been involved in a fatal shooting on Oct. 20 in Southeast Washington, D.C. The victim, identified as 28-year-old Leonard Taylor Jr. from Suitland, MD, was found with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Clark has been charged with Second Degree Murder while Armed.
