The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of 35-year-old Robert Carpenter, alleged in the fatal shooting of Tremaine Nicholson, 42, on May 7 in Southeast, DC. Carpenter was apprehended on Dec 23 for Second Degree Murder While Armed.
