The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced an arrest in connection with a stabbing incident on Malcom X Avenue, SE, on Jan. 15. The victim, an adult male, was attacked after refusing to give money to the suspect, who then fled on a bus. Michael Hudley, 56, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
