The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are investigating a homicide that occurred on Jan. 25 in Northeast Washington, D.C. Officers found 21-year-old Antoine Pratt with gunshot wounds on the 3800 block of Jay Street, where he was pronounced dead.
