The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are investigating a homicide that occurred on March 20 on the 2400 block of Elvans Road, SE. The victim, identified as 25-year-old Tre’von Norman from Waldorf, MD, was found with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene. The case is still under investigation.
