The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced an arrest in a double homicide that occurred on May 23 on the 4200 block of 4th Street, SE. The victims, 16-year-old Royell Walker and 19-year-old Jamar Jackson, were found deceased at the scene, with one surviving victim, a 14-year-old male, hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. Sean McFadden, 23, has been arrested and charged with premeditated first-degree murder while armed.
