The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of 59-year-old Robert Harris in connection with an assault that occurred on July 1 on the 3700 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE. Harris allegedly attacked a victim with a knife, resulting in minor injuries, before fleeing the scene. He has been charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
