The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced they are searching for 24-year-old Charles Rucker, who is alleged to be involved in the fatal shooting of 3-year-old Honesty Cheadle on July 5 in the 1000 block of 14th Street, SE. The young victim succumbed to her injuries on July 7. Rucker is wanted on charges of First Degree Murder while Armed, and a reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
