Luci Garza is a junior at the George Washington University, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication. She joined D.C. Witness to pursue her passion for reporting for local communities while deepening her understanding of data-driven journalism and the legal system. Luci hopes to continue amplifying local voices and sharing stories that deserve to be heard.
