Kelsey Lowder is a junior at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), double-majoring in Political Science and Public Affairs with a minor in Global Studies. Through her role at D.C. Witness, Kelsey aims to contribute to the practice of transparency in media, and expand her knowledage about the criminal justice system in a way that benefits those marginalized by it.
