The Metropolitan Police Department arrested May 8 a suspect who is believed to be connected to a fatal shooting.
According to a press release,20-year-old Carson Posey is charged with first-degree murder (premeditated). Posey allegedly shot 28 year-old Shantal Hill on the 1200 block of North Capitol Street, NW on April 15.
Officers have been looking Posey since April 24.
