A defendant pleaded guilty and was sentenced on May 19.
Reginald Deloach pleaded guilty to simple assault, attempted threats to do bodily harm and contempt for violating the conditions of his release in a domestic violence case on May 19.
Judge Maribeth Raffinan sentenced Deloach to one year of probation for his crimes. His probation conditions include entering and completing a domestic violence intervention program, having a mental health evaluation, submitting to drug and alcohol testing and reporting to a probation officer in person.
He was released from jail on May 19.
