Judge Reschedules Assault Defendant’s Hearing
On May 19, a DC Superior Court judge rescheduled a status hearing for a defendant charged in a domestic violence case.
Lionel Hall is charged with simple assault.
Judge Maribeth Raffinan vacated the scheduled hearing and rescheduled it for Aug. 4.
Hall is currently released on his own personal recognizance.
