An arraignment was rescheduled for August.
Joseph Hernandez is charged with simple assault and unlawful entry of private property.
Hernandez was supposed to be arraigned by a judge but the hearing was rescheduled to Aug. 21 instead.
Hernandez is currently released and has a citation to return to court.
