A defendant, who was previously approved for release, had to resolve a warrant first.
Lorenzo McCallop is charged with unlawful entry of private property, second-degree theft and simple assault.
McCallop was initially released on May 21 but because there was a warrant out for his arrest, he was held.
On May 22 he was released under the High Intensity Supervision Program and the warrant was resolved.
McCallop is scheduled for a status hearing on June 24.
