A defense attorney missed a bond review hearing for his client on May 26.
Theophilus Agedah is charged with threats to do bodily harm for threatening to shoot a metro bus driver on Christmas Day in 2018.
Agedah’s attorney, Alvin Thompson, was unable to attend the hearing so Judge Julie Becker rescheduled the hearing for May 29.
Agedah is currently being held at the DC Jail, but his bond is set for $40.
