A defendant was not required to be at a hearing to assess the status of his probation.
Mark Shubin is serving three years on probation after pleading guilty to second-degree burglary on Oct. 16, 2019. Shubin was also ordered to pay $2,427 in restitution, serve three years on supervised released, get his GED, enroll in anger management courses, maintain sobriety from all drugs and alcohol, get a job, wear a GPS-tracking device and get a mental health evaluation.
On May 19, a non-compliance motioned was filed. However, Judge Heide Herrmann did not penalize Shubin for his non-compliance.
There are no future hearings scheduled for Shubin
