A suspect was arrested on June 5 in connection with a burglary offense.
Arthur Russell Cannon, 57, was arrested for burglarizing a business establishment. The incident took place on the 800 block of O Street, NW.
According court documents, a restaurant owner observed the suspect entering the restaurant through the storage unit via surveillance footage earlier that day.
The suspect was released on personal recognizance. He is scheduled for a hearing on Sept. 4.
