A man who was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon was released on his own personal recognizance June 8.
There are conditions attached to his release. The suspect is ordered to stay way from the victim.
The suspect was arrested on June 5 after having an argument with the victim on the 1800 block of Central Place, NE. According to a press release, the suspect allegedly struck the victim with a rock and a stick.
