On July 23, officers from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested a 56-year-old suspect in connection to an assault with a dangerous weapon offense.
At 2 p.m., Marshall was allegedly engaged in a verbal dispute with a victim when he threatened the victim with a gun on the 2400 block of Hartford Street, SE. .
The victim managed to flee the scene.
Marshall is awaiting his initial hearing in DC Superior Court.
