The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on the 4900 block of North Capitol Street, NE.
According to a press release, officers responded to the listed location after a report of a shooting. They found 45-year-old Jose Yaxon Cuc suffering from a gunshot wound.
He died on the scene.
The department is offering up to a $25,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case or any other homicide in the District of Columbia.
