The Metropolitan Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating suspects in reference to an assault on a police officer that occurred on Aug. 30.
According to a press release, two suspects threw objects at and assaulted officers on the 1600 block of H Street, NW.
The department is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the crime. Anyone with information should call the police at 202-727-9099 or text — 50411.
