On Sept. 30, a DC Superior Court judge sentenced a defendant in a 2019 drug possession case.

Reginald Douglas, 33, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of liquid PCP on Jan. 6. He entered the D.C. Courthouse and was found to be in possession of PCP by a Court Security Officer.

Judge Michael O’Keefe sentenced Douglas to nine months with all time suspended and one year of supervised probation.

Douglas must also comply with a court-ordered drug intervention plan and pay $100 to the Victims of Violent Crime (VVC) fund.
