Document: Suspect Sought for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect connected to a shooting that occurred on Nov. 6.

MPD officers responded to a shooting reported on the 2700 block of Bladensburg Road, NE at 7:22 p.m. Upon arrival, they found two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds. One was transported to an area hospital for treatment and the second sought treatment at a local hospital.

One suspect was captured by a nearby surveillance tape and can be seen in the photo below.
