On Nov. 5, 36 year-old Jamaul Crockett was killed by a stab wound in the Park View neighborhood on the 600 block of Lamont Street, NW.
On Nov. 11, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested and charged a 40 year-old male with second-degree murder while armed. The defendant has many prior charges and was under the supervision of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) at the time of the alleged offense.
