On Nov. 12, DC Superior Court Judge Robert Okun scheduled a preliminary hearing to determine if a homicide case has enough evidence to go to trial.

Niko Hall, 29, is charged with first-degree murder while armed in the death of Anthony Lee. The 25-year-old was fatally shot Sept. 26 on the 2900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE.
