Police have released a second video of a man they are seeking to locate in connection with a homicide last month.
Herbert Dowtin, 22, was found in the 800 block of Xenia St. SE suffering from apparent gunshot wounds on Dec. 27. Dowtin was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating and identifying the man seen below in the video.
