Police have identified the two men killed in a shooting Thursday and announced an arrest in the case.
According to police, 51-year-old Clifton David Francis and 45-year-old David Aumon Watkins, Jr. were fatally shot Thursday afternoon. On Friday, police announced the rest of David Joshua Bright. Bright, 29, was been charged with first-degree murder while armed.
