Police have arrested a man for the alleged murder of Ernest Massenberg-Bey Jr. last September.
John Anthony James, 24, has been charged with second-degree murder while armed and assault with intent to kill for the incident leading to Massenberg-Bey’s death.
According to police, two victims were found with gunshot wounds on the night of Sept. 28, 2015. The victims were taken to the hospital where Massenberg-Bey died.
