Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a homicide earlier this week.
At a press conference Friday police circulated a photo of a man police are seeking to find, relating to the fatal shooting of Herbert Dowtin.
Police have also released a video, shown below, of the man in question. Police did not identify the man seen in the video as the shooter, but said they wish to speak with him regarding the homicide.
Dowtin was found in the 800 block of Xenia Street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
