Police are investigating the shooting death of 37-year-old Charles Burton.
Burton was found suffering from gunshot wounds just past midnight Friday, after police were flagged down for reports of a shooting. Burton, of Southeast, was found on the 3200 block of 23rd Street, SE, and taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
